1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using Fast WhatsApp OTP ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Fast WhatsApp OTP provides a platform for sending and verifying OTP (One-Time Password) codes via WhatsApp Business API. The Service includes API access, dashboard management, wallet system, and transaction logging.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. API USAGE

When using our API:

• You must use API keys and secrets securely
• You are responsible for all API calls made with your credentials
• You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and policies
• You must not use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
• You must respect rate limits and usage quotas

5. PAYMENT AND BILLING

Our Service operates on a wallet-based system:

• New users receive a free OTP quota as specified
• Additional OTPs are charged per transaction
• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Unused wallet balance does not expire

6. PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. WHATSAPP COMPLIANCE

You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Terms of Service. This includes:

• Using only approved message templates
• Obtaining proper consent from recipients
• Not sending promotional or marketing messages via OTP templates
• Following WhatsApp's messaging guidelines

8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Third-party service outages (WhatsApp API, etc.)
• Technical issues beyond our control

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fast WhatsApp OTP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
