REFUND POLICY

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Fast WhatsApp OTP operates on a wallet-based system where users top up their wallet to send OTPs. Refunds are handled as follows:
2. WALLET TOP-UPS
General Policy: Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once the payment is processed and the balance is credited to your account.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
- Service unavailability preventing use of the Service
- Account closure requests (subject to terms below)
3. ACCOUNT CLOSURE REFUNDS
If you wish to close your account and request a refund of unused wallet balance:
- You must submit a refund request via email
- Refunds are only available for unused wallet balance
- Processing fees may apply (if applicable)
- Refund processing time: 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
4. OTP TRANSACTION REFUNDS
OTP transactions are charged immediately upon sending. Refunds for OTP transactions are available only if:
- The OTP was not delivered due to our system error
- The OTP delivery failed due to service outage on our end
- Technical issues prevented successful OTP delivery
Note: Refunds are NOT available for:
- OTPs that were successfully delivered but not verified
- OTPs that expired
- OTPs that failed due to incorrect mobile numbers
- OTPs that failed due to WhatsApp API restrictions or recipient blocking
5. FREE QUOTA
Free OTP quota provided to new users is non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
6. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund:
- Send an email to admin@fastwhatsappotp.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and transaction details
- Provide reason for refund request
- Attach any relevant documentation (payment receipts, transaction IDs)
We will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond via email.
7. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed:
- Processing Time: 7-14 business days from approval
- Method: Refunded to original payment method
- Notification: You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
8. DISPUTES
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:
- Request a review by providing additional information
- Contact our support team for clarification
- Escalate to management if necessary
9. CHARGEBACKS
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation
- Block future transactions from your account
10. CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
